Nine Weeks cigarette free

Posted in Staying quit 15 Nov 2020

Hi all,

Just thought I'd stop by and see how everyone is going with their quit battles! I'm nine weeks and one day free today. I'm feeling great and am only getting the odd craving here and there.

Hope you all are keeping well!

Thanks for stopping by Dave, some get intense cravings others the thoughts just come now and then, but this is only the Nicotine nudging you to get hooked again, just let the thoughts go, while you repeat every day NOPE (not one puff ever) love your body and your new life this will bring you a lot more happiness. Congratulations on 9 weeks.
