Hi Guys, I am from South Africa and decided to quit smoking a month ago. I am proud to say that I have not touched a cigarette for an entire month. My withdrawal symptoms have been really bad. The second week into quitting my sinuses started acting up and I have never suffered with it before. My body felt light and weak my brain felt like it was going to explode with the built-up pressure. My legs and arms were numb and lethargic. The symptoms have now eased up but I still have a heavy head especially the right side of it. My left arm sometimes goes lethargic. I have terrible headaches that last for a minute and goes away. I just want to know how much more of this I have to endure. I quit smoking because it was making me feel nauseous and ill but now I feel much worse. I do not wish to go back to smoking but I do wish for this feeling to go away. I am freaking out with how intense it has been. Please help me understand what is happening.
