6 month smoke free!

Hey everybody! hows everybody doing ? today is my 6 month without smoking. all the years I been smoking im kinda shock that i quit. Its for the better!. I feel great and amazing! my breathing uh its geting better im still taking deep breath but i no that will still get better. I control my panic attack and stay away from the media. still working out everybody and geting my lungs back to sharp. I cant stand the smell of cigs smoke anymore i just want to throw up everytime i smell it. right now and still i spit out all the crap that was in my lungs everyday and every morning so thats a good sign my lungs is geting better. hope all is good for everybody stay stuff and stay healthy cheers!

    Congratulations Johnathan, arent we amazing people, you have done so well and everone is proud of you for continuing through your bouts of anxiety. I hope you are checking in with your doctor now and again, they might have some information on your bouts of anxiety. I had mild anxiety I think, I know this because I don't sleep very well when I am anxious. Keep healthy and happy Johnathan, NOPE (not one puff ever)

    It is great to hear from you and know that you are doing so well!
    You might share to some others how you managed your panic attacks or bouts of anxiety as they are new to some.
    I am glad that you are feeling better, breathing deeper and feeling great these days. Quitting smoking is worth the end results!

    Nice update.. I'm happy for you.. I will be celebrate half a year in 2 weeks, it's such milestone that I cannot believe it's happening.. Big congrat to you..
