Each day while I’m trying to quit I’m thinking of my health and why I’m trying to quit - which is for my two year old son .

Well done Ash, that is a fantastic decision for you and your son. You will be a very positive role model for him to never take up the evil and expensive habit. Stay connected to this site and post will keep you positive and strong.

What a great way to stay motivated, Ash. You should be so proud of yourself. What a wonderful thing you are doing for both yourself and your son. It will feel so much nicer to breath easy and to be more comfortable in your own body.

Think positive. Don't TRY to quit. Make up your mind, pick a path, and just do it :) Let yourself realize, you are addicted to smoking. You are a slave to a little tube of tobacco. You let smoking run your life. The more you really think about this, the easier it is to stop. You CAN do this. :)
