Cravings and a big ole lovely breath in

When I have a craving - I take a really big beautiful breath of air in. Before I quit, I couldn't take a big breath of air in because my lungs hurt a bit and I'd cough; the whole breathing experience was a bit laced with anxiety to be honest. (I knew that if I continued smoking my COPD would get worse and I'd have to drag around an oxygen tank when I was old) So in a sense, taking a big breath in without anxiety is a treat for me. So when I have a craving, I take a big fresh lovely breath of air in as a reward. As an ex-smoker I can actually breathe now - that's such a reward and it really helps associate rejecting cravings with freedom.

Hi bells I too am another one who likes to keep taking in deep breaths. I just love showing myself the improvement in my lungs when I take deep breaths and noticing how my breath smells better it also helps my anxiety. May our breaths keep on getting deeper and fresher 😊

I am glad you are breathing easier and feeling so much better breathing the fresh air in . It is too bad we fear quitting smoking until we are forced to do so. Choosing a long and healthy life seems a no brainer, still we lacked the confidence in ourselves to do so. Anyone can quit smoking. We are proof.

Just little over 3 years ago I was introduced to Herbal HealthPoint and their successful COPD Herbal treatment, i immediately started on the treatment for my 6 years long Emphysema condition. The herbal treatment is incredible, my severe shortness of breath and chest tightness disappeared within the first 2 months on the treatment. Go to HealthPoint official web page w w w. herbalhealthpoint .c o m. This COPD treatment improved the quality of my life and i am Emphysema free!
