Can you still have bad anxiety 5 weeks later even with patch??

    Hi Anis, the answer to your question is yes, but everyone is different and my anxiety was not full-on but my body reacted in very strange ways. Keep on going and do plenty of deep breathing, you could also try meditation which helped me tremendously. Others might have some further suggestions.

    Hello Anis Im on day 31 with patches and I have anxiety. The things that have helped me are being gentle on myself,telling myself I am enough I have enough I do enough, I google a sarah blondin meditation called fear unmasked it only goes for about 8 minutes and its free, exercise walking swimming what ever works for you and for me most importantly when im anxious i will rub my shoulders arms heart and aknowledge to myself that I am experiencing anxiety and thats ok im safe and everything is ok sometimes I will even ask myself do I need anything like a cup of tea a warm bath some nice music THE main thing im doing is treating myself as i would treat a frightened child. With love care and respect and Acknowledging the anxiety. That sarah blondin guided meditation puts a whole new spin on anxiety for me. Beat of luck and breathe in love and breathe out fear.
