Hey guys. I just wanted to share that I am still on track and have been smoke free for 2 months 3 weeks 3 days. I feel no discomfort or withdrawal symptoms anymore. I have some difficult moments when I see friends and family smoke but I choose to not smoke. Thanks for all the help 🙏

It's awesome that you decide not to smoke when a social opportunity arises. Mature, and it means that you have formed yourself around the idea and lifestyle of the total quit.

    Good job, and very commendable.

It is nice to hear that withdrawal symptoms have gone away. And no discomfort. Safety is key.

Yes accepting and embracing our new lives as a Choice is key. We are giving up nothing really and gaining every thing. Looking at smoking in a different light makes it easier to say N>O>P>E. It really isn't that hard to do. Congratulations.
