Hi. I too was inspired by a quit forum, the positivity, help and support does wonders. Knowing that many others have found their freedom and learning of all the benefits besides the normal health scares. Losing the fear of trying to quit smoking, along with some sense of the journey makes success very possible. Thanks for sharing your story and giving forward. Anyone can quit smoking and you are not alone.
