My beginning

I've tried to quit many times before ive tried patches, inhalers, gum. Nothing worked. This time im just trying to slowly cut down each week ive gone from a pack a day to 7 a day

    While cutting down is practice in diversion, cutting down only makes the ones you have more coveted. Read Allan Carr's book, the Easy Way to Quit Smoking and learn how the addiction rules you and gives you absolutely nothing back. Make up your mind that you want to quit and be much better off. Desire the freedom, money, health etc more than you want that disgusting monkey on your back. Have you joined a quit forum before.? I found it to be very supportive and the stories very inspiring. If they can quit , I can quit. I smoked for over 40 years. I quit over a year ago and would never go back. You can too.

    You have made a great start Mizzy, but until you decide to stop all together, you are still addicted. Be strong and take the plunge. Its so worth it. Be positive. You CAN do it. 👍💖

    Be brave and cut them put altogether
    You will feel much better once they are out of the system.
    I am in day 5 now cold turkey
    And I am amazed really that I am doing it with no.worries
    I don't it for heath reasons do t let that be the reason to go cold turkey
    Do it before this happenes 🚭🚭🚭
