    You can do this! I am glad to see you not giving up the opportunity to make a most beneficial change. Take back your life and freedom. Many find it hard, still many like yourself persevere and find their way. Anyone can quit smoking if they don't quit on themselves. You deserve so much more and can have it.

    Here is an interesting tip.... try pretending you have a cigarette in your hand and put it to your mouth and inhale as if you were inhaling a cigarette. For some reason, I guess this is just a way to breath in oxygen and for some reason, it seems to help you get over that sudden urge for the moment. Crazy I know but it worked for me.

    Deep vreathing also lowers vlood pressure. Calms us, just as meditation can lower anxiety and stress levels. Good ol' fresh air does wonders. So does positive thinking
