Hey guys. It’s been 25 days since I quit. I do have some cravings and few are really strong ones. I try to concentrate on different things when that craving comes. For inspiration I watch videos on youtube to keep on track. The other night I have woken up in the middle of the night with mild palpitation and night sweat. I have spoken to my physician on the phone and he informed me that they might residual withdrawal symptoms.( I quit cold turkey).This was the biggest issue I had since. I have lost 7kgs since I quit with rigid dieting (cooking different recipes really does help with occupying the time) and kept very loyal to my exercise regimen. The more I sweat the less I think about cigarettes. Everytime I see a character on a tv show smoke I get a mild craving so I stop and watch a video on bad health effects of smoking with lots of disgusting visuals. I will let keep everyone posted on my progress and what I encounter along the way. Keep well and away from cigarettes! Peace ✌️
