    Congratulations on making it to day 2 Anew924. Your job is to relearn what makes you happy, or what makes you feel happy, without the cigarette. The withdrawal is from giving up the Nicotine, which is addictive. This will cease in time.

    Stay close to the forum, and read any comments which should help you not feel so isolated. The main part is learning and learning so much more about the drug of the cigarette. This will help in the process. Write or rant on your own pages, if you want to. This will clarify certain areas which you find difficult to understand.

    We all have a different relationship with the cigarette, now we all need to find our relationship without the cigarette and enjoy the process. It is early days, so please stay close to the forum, and comment on your thought process as you go if this helps.
