Hi, further to my post about other symptoms of giving up smoking besides craving, if anyone out there is interested to share some of their more horrible side effects, and even better, what they did to help those symptoms, it might be great for other to know! The worst symptom by far for me was the dizzyness, it was really scary and an off and on all day every day for the first 4 weeks, it has to do with extra oxygen getting into your system and shallow breathing, if you consciously deep breath in and out for a minute the dizzyness goes away, i had to do this on and off for the first 4 weeks until i rewired my brain to breathe properly, sometimes i felt like i was going to faint! any other tips?
