200 Days Smoke Free

... But I still have my guard up. It's much easier these days... The thought of having a smoke is fleeting, sometimes a few times a day or only once in a week. I acknowledge the thought every time and decide again not to smoke - not to give in to the nicotine monsters. I've saved almost $4000 since my quit date which will go towards a family holiday and a bit of pampering for me. I still refer to Allen Carrs Easy Way to Stop Smoking - it still works! Thanks to all those On this site that have supported me on my journey. Even though I don't post very often I still visit the site at least a couple of times a week. Stay strong everyone. You CAN do it.
