I have CFS and I'm about to get weight loss surgery. Quitting has been put off for so long now and today it's time to do it. I read about harms of smoking and surgery to scare myself into doing this. I think it has worked. today is the day. New year, new decade, new me

Hi Spesh. Welcome. I have no idea what CFS is, but i hope that your surgery goes well. Now is a very good time to quit because smoking would surely increase the risk of complications during surgery. You will be a new smoke free you, and that is fabulous. Count the positives. By quitting, you will be able to afford a brand new wardrobe to go with the new you. You can do it 💕
