    Welcome, Justin time :)
Yep, now, is always the best time to quit. At six days, you are getting to the worst of it. Just think of all the good not smoking can offer. You will feel better, smell better, and have more money in your pockets. Let yourself understand that you have been a slave to a cigarette, and embrace breaking free. Don't just want to quit, make them something you really do NOT WANT. This really can be as easy as you make it.

You seem to have made up your mind, and believe me , that is half the battle. Once you accept and embrace the journey you can breeze through it. I had no cravings. I am not special. My hubby smoked next to me my first two weeks before he quit after reading Allen Carr. He did it just as easily as I did. The only secret is not a secret but what Red and others say....it is as easy as you make it. See nicotine for what it really is and let the past go. Embrace the future and all the wonders you will experience once quit. I have never heard of anyone who regretted quitting smoking, have you?

Hi Justin time. You are six days past that first moment. Just keep going and enjoy the ride. Forget about rewarding yourself with you know what cos that will only land you back where you were. Make yourself a promise not to ever go back to the day before you quit.
