Still stubborn

Posted in Staying quit 30 Nov 2019

Hi everyone, hope all is well with you all. Just a note to touch base. I’m 127 days smoke free and feel amazing also have no intention of ever going back. I still crave but easily deterred. I’ve had a family holiday and saving for the next already. I spent $200 yesterday on baby clothes for my granddaughter who will be here in 10 weeks around about lol. I could not have done all this if I was still smoking so be stubborn everyone and keep smoke free ❤️💋❤️

I am so glad that you are enjoying life without the smokes Catherine anne. We really don't realize until we quit just how controlling that they were. The money is much wiser spent on people we love and things that are good for us. Cravings really are only thoughts that we can turn off and ignore. Putting our time thoughts and efforts elsewhere brings greater good, joy and satisfaction than smoking ever did. I know that I will be forever grateful to have seen the truth and had my mind set free.
Congrats again and enjoy life to the fullest Catherine anne. You deserve it.

That is fantastic Catherine. I am so proud of you. Well done. Its amazing how much money we burned over the years. A man in the supermarket yesterday bought a pack of 50s and it cost him $70. I was so pleased that i dont waste that sort of money anymore. Enjoy spoiling your beautiful granddaughter and buy yourself a little reward as well. 👍😚🤗

Enjoy squandering on things you love. Beats burning $'s in an ashtray...
