i smoked for a 5 years and searched for a way too stop smoking.

i recommend the video guide i made to stop smoking.

a short guide around 8 min and if you follow it for a month it would be easier for you too stop smoking entirely . getting over your psychologies habits and substitute physical smoke craving is important to succeed stopping smoking. Even if you broke up and smoked a cigaret?! Keep going with stopping smoking routine . The longer you don't stop smoke, the easier it becomes. After a month or two you already feel difference.     Hi Dedragonx. I did look for your Youtube video but did not know which might be yours, although there are many and probably all with some different views that might resonate with some. Gee , I wish something would resonate with PuffNoMore. Anyone know if he is still out trying on his own? Miss you.

    Thank you dedragonx I had a look at it, and make these comments to you. Lovely voice, nice and soothing. I listened until I heard the diet with carrots this left me cold, but nevertheless it would be good for ones who are just thinking about it for the first time.

    For those who are attempting for the 2nd 3rd or 4th time I would recommend "How to be a happy Non-smoker presented by NASIA DAVOS. also on utube from TEDxUniversity of Piraeus, which bases the different reasons we might have failed as an emotional journey, and you choose which one resonates with you. This was very helpful to me in the Video Line. The reading one was by Allan Carr which Happiness recommends both are valuable resources. For interests sake did you stop smoking when you were developing the video or did you develop the video after.? and How long have you actually stopped smoking would also be of interest.

    Hey.
    I already none smoker for a 2 years.The video i made few weeks ago (first time i made video)
    well when you try more then once too stop smoking true it discouraging with other methods or similarity with different one.
    Stopping smoking its a fight with yourself physically and mentally.
    As smoking is a habit the most useful way too quit one is too switch one habit to another That what i did when worked on myself too stop smoking.
    *Eating something when want too smoke,it doesn't have too be vegetables but something with vitamins would do as they speed up the process of cleaning your system from the nicotine.
    *important too make liter water with squeezed 1/2 lemon as this drink calm you down when strong urge smoke appears(1 cup when felt overwhelm by thirst for smoke).

    true the emotional journey when stopping is a big part of the journey and its required work on one self or atleast accept the fact "i want to stop smoking" and steel yourself to going with the flow stopping smoking process.
    as psychological habits smoke when happy or after you full or after some emotional stress not an easy task too counter but going all the way with something you decided too do will be a huge accomplishment in your life.

    I agree Dedragonx I do admire you for putting forward your first video, it was very soothing to listen to. I agree also with your diet being altered to include fruit and vegies or any kind of healthy eating as important as is the drinking of water to flush out the toxins from our body. I got lost on the carrot thing because too many times medical professionals put this forward first in their thinking especially when trying to loose weight, when I personally hate carrots so that doesnt make me want listen any more. I hope I haven't dissuaded you from continuing on with any future video ventures, this was meant as a constructive criticism only and from my own personal point of view.

    2 years is a long time and you have thought deeply about this. I do congratulate you on stopping smoking and for actually putting forward your ideas in a unique way it takes a lot of effort to achieve this. Thanks again
