Hi everyone 😀 4 days quit today

I fell off the wagon and had my account blocked some of you would remember me as dolly 66

But coming on and reading your stories have inspired me to give another real good go.

    Keep reading and learning Dolly. Nicotine addiction can be beaten and stay beaten once you have the understanding of it and its evil ways. Desiring to break the bond with it rather than mourn its loss is key to an easy sustainable quit. Cravings are just thoughts and reminders that we are winning!

    We hear try, attempt, or, in this case, give it a go, much too often..
    It is your mind, and your body. If you truly WANT to quit, you CAN, and you WILL.
    Also, it is very important, to NOT want to smoke. Make up your mind, you don't want it, not that you can't have it. It sounds simple, and it really can be as easy as you make it.
