I have tried to quit smoking for the last 2 years using all the available quit aids available patches and pills, I have been smoking for  45 years.

After 3 to 4 days after stopping  the smoking aid, I get an urge to smoke, I miss that rush when you inhale you know it is bad but I continue to smoke and apply patches when my lungs tell me to quit.

anyone can quit if they really want to. sounds like you don't, if you want to stop don't put a cigarette in your mouth one day your lungs will just give up, oh well i hope you can stop.
