12 months Smoke Free Today

It’s been 12 months today smoke free it’s had it’s moments I’m not going to say it wasn’t hard I still have my moments 12 months on

The hardest I’ve noticed is still when I get stressed

    Hey Lyn, did you know that only 6% of people that stop smoking are able to make it one year ? Keep it up, cause the battle never ever stops, as you know your an addict and nicotine demon will always wait for you!

    Well Done, 12 months is a major milestone. I still have about five weeks until I reach the 12 month mark. While not easy, you have shown many that giving up is possible. Thanks for your inspiration.

    Love hearing the success stories! I am glad to see that you are still with us in the wings Lyn. You've been silent for 6 months, but i like good surprises. Remember to keep checking in with us to reinforce your quit. Also remember that smoking does not eliminate stress or help you deal with it, actually we now know that it causes more stress then we would admit to. Once we accept the truths of nicotine, we can be free. Stay strong, determined and positive!
