Today’s my worst day yet. I needed that msg happiness. I woke up this morning and thought about having a cigarette. Probably also feeling a bit down missing my kids as well but I will get passed this and still refusing to smoke that smoke. I say no more.

Remember that those cravings can be thought of in a positive manner. You are winning! Starve the nicodemon out and he will leave you alone. Retrain your mind , and most of all embrace the journey as you would any good change in your life like a move or new job. Those can mean stress and work too, but handling them in a positive manner helps us to adjust more quickly. You can do this!

Thanks happiness for your support I definitely need support. I think about smoking all the time but my will power has to be stronger. I’m still feeling positive.

You are doing great. We are rooting for you. You can do this. Read and learn, it makes the mind happy and diverted, and it also gets retrained for the journey. Click on my name above and find the book Easy Way by Allan Carr.

Breath by Breath, step by step and day by day Catherine. Congratulations on making a wise decision and having the determination to see it through. Will power alone is not wise as there is a learning process involved as well. Retrain your mind with positive visions of a new you and the desire to be that happy non-smoker.

Reading posts and articles on line about nicotine also gives you knowledge for this journey to make it easier. Learning in itself raises our dopamine levels as nicotine once did. Make your journey easier by learning the tricks to accept this transformation. Acceptance and positive thoughts are key.
