30+ days smoke free
Hey everyone I'm 30+ days smoke free feeling pretty awesome saving heaps of money still have the odd urge if I'm in a situation stressing me out but just smash thru it n I'm fine starting.a.diet because having taste buds back omg eat lol
Still only early days but I feel I have been a non smoker for years

A Fantastic accomplishment Katrina, kudos to you. Of all the people i have seen join , you had a lot going on in your life. Having a doctor tell you you have to quit in order to have knee surgery is not a great starting place as we know that you have to want to be a non-smoker, choose it not be ordered to. Secondly, anxiety and/or depression is said to make the journey more difficult, and yet here you are a month later so positive and happy for taking the journey. You will have to change your name to Katrina Breeze....lol
Except for your name..Katrina .struggle, you joined with such positive thoughts and determination. You are a true inspiration and i hope will give courage to others in doubt. Anyone can quit smoking with a mind to. Retrain the mind, and anything is possible.
Continued success and happiness Katrina on an amazing journey!
Thanx for your support happiness u been with me since I started gìving up smoking replying to my post it's people like you that help n encourage people to ride thru there journey the first week or 2 was a struggle that's where that name came from I laugh at it now lol I crnt believe I am where I am today I was in a negative stare mind starting and thought str8 up this wasn't gonna work til after the first week talk in on here n to my family I thought no I'm going to do this I no I can n I haven't turned back.. I'm not negative any more everything is positive n bright so all up from here 🚭🚭🚭🤩🤩🤩

Hey Katrina+str You have improved your mind set to the max. No more struggle, well done. I am glad you are sticking to your own thoughts regarding your non smoking. +str does this mean you are a star?. It seems you have found the courage and confidence to continue. Keep on going and keep in touch.
Way cool Katrina!!!
I agree that food tastes so much better and have to stop my self from over eating cause it is just sooooooooooooooo good
Well done!!!

Great work Katrina! Keep going!
I too am enjoying having my taste buds and sense of smell back. So sad to think how long we've gone without them.

Thank you for the kind words Katrina. When I can help someone else to keep their incentive to continue and to succeed, then that all makes me happy as well. I hope you are finding each day a little easier and the anticipation of the new you exhilarating! Stick with it, and you will never regret it. You will only wonder why it took so long to take it in the first place.
