A Fantastic accomplishment Katrina, kudos to you. Of all the people i have seen join , you had a lot going on in your life. Having a doctor tell you you have to quit in order to have knee surgery is not a great starting place as we know that you have to want to be a non-smoker, choose it not be ordered to. Secondly, anxiety and/or depression is said to make the journey more difficult, and yet here you are a month later so positive and happy for taking the journey. You will have to change your name to Katrina

Except for your name..Katrina .struggle, you joined with such positive thoughts and determination. You are a true inspiration and i hope will give courage to others in doubt. Anyone can quit smoking with a mind to. Retrain the mind, and anything is possible.

Continued success and happiness Katrina on an amazing journey!

    Great work Katrina! Keep going!
I too am enjoying having my taste buds and sense of smell back. So sad to think how long we've gone without them.

Thank you for the kind words Katrina. When I can help someone else to keep their incentive to continue and to succeed, then that all makes me happy as well. I hope you are finding each day a little easier and the anticipation of the new you exhilarating! Stick with it, and you will never regret it. You will only wonder why it took so long to take it in the first place.
