Road to Success

Posted in Quit experiences 27 Jun 2012

So im going on my 10th day being smoke-free :) finally back on track after so many lapses and in a really good place :)

I have a friend who is quitting with me, making it so much easier. I can honestly say that i have no desire/intention/or craving to have another smoke.

My home/Car and Work is smoke free, also contributing to how easy it is to stay smoke-free.

Anyways, i hope everyone else is going strong :)

good for you Rhys you may have stopped yourself from having heart desease later in life or a stroke. i had a heart attack last november and haven,t smoked since, easter this year my mother had a stroke which left her permanetly disabled and from smoking if only she didnt smoke and i didnt smoke. So you have made the best choice.
