...I've been thinking...everything we do, literally, everything we do is a process and if you are like me those processes if done repeatedly, get better and better over work circles this is know as "best known method"...well, having said that, I was thinking about what its been like quiting smoking (day 34 for me) and it occurred to me, if we can do this and start to think of getting to the best known method, what we share and write in here could be the basis for a quit smoking book....sheesh, the world needs one....I am surprised by the number of my friends that have said to me after i told them I had quit, ....."I am going to quit too...will you help me?"....of course I say sure and I take them on a tour through this site and help them decide on the method they are going to use....long story short------ I feel like I am over the hurdle big time...almost never have a craving now and the little voice in my head keeps saying, "you done good."....
