Mark

Not an easy journey but you will make it if you remain committed. I took Nicabate which although costed me the same price as a pack of durries it worked well. I took this for the recommended time and just quit, been off the darts for 355 days. Just remember mate NOPE (Not One Puff Ever). I have noticed that alot of people in this forum say hate the cigs. Don't be one of them accept people will smoke if they desire. Happy Travels bud.

So correct Robyn. I still and always did even when first quitting smoking hang with my smoking crowd at poker. At first they wanted to quit and of course I give them advice, but they still smoke and I say nothing. We all know that you can't be bullied into it. You have to want it for yourself.

Good advice given to you markbar, you are well equipped to try hopefully for the last time, its great to have this forum and should keep you on track. I too have been there, and yes frightened of failure, when this gets overwhelming just take one day at a time, keep going and try not to look back.
