90 days smoke free,I am so blessed in all the support I recieve after 42 years of smoking and now I am not, is just sometimes overwhelming!!! I know now that anyone can do anything as long as you make up your mind to do it!!! thank you all for being there for us all

    Hi Kathy. Ditto to all the comments on your present status. Wholeheartedly agree with them all. After 1399 days I can only tell you that the path ahead is a great way to travel. Your health and your wealth will improve and best of all you will live longer and be able to enjoy the rewards. Enjoy breathing easy.

    Absolutely wonderful that you have achieved being smoke free for 90 days Kathy I have a bit of a way to go yet, but its so inspiring to hear that you are doing so well. Keep on - keeping on track.

    Hi Kathy. 90 days. Good on you. I am on day 81. Not far behind you. It is wonderful to be free of the smokes. Congrats to you. Be proud of yourself. Buy yourself something special👍🤗

    Hi Kathy,
    Go girl.....you have got this....90 days wow....bet you never thought you could do 24 hours and now look at you. I had smoked for 48 years and had many failed quit attempts. Now I am 10 months free. It is a powerful feeling...knowing that you are no longer a slave to a little tube of tobacco. You celebrate every day and be proud of what you have achieved... you deserve it. Some people have said to me “ you are so lucky that you don’t smoke anymore”....my answer is “ yes, the more effort I put in... the luckier I get....lol
