Temptation lvl 0

So last week end, the person i'm replacing at work forgot his pack of cigarettes in the office, it was well in evidence next to the computer, well i didn't feel even tempted not even for a split second to steal one, maybe a few month back i might have a second thought but not this time, in all honesty i did not want to smoke one. Now i can spend the whole day without thinking of a cigarette, only the occasional urges that don't last more than 30 secs in the evening

I would like to thank you all for the stories you share, they are definitively a good motivation

Hi Chef. I am glad you were not even tempted . You would have been so punished! It is a good thing that you feel stronger this time around. You have improved your stamina for martial arts, maybe you should improve that mindset to be "I am a non-smoker", and not just feel that you can last longer than the last quit. A Subtle difference that will take you far. You are doing an amazing job, you love your expensive hobbies, and it would be a shame to have to start this journey yet again.
Anyone can quit smoking AND stay quit. You have come this far, insure yourself, immune yourself and believe in yourself!
