Feeling confident

Posted in Getting started 10 Feb 2019

Hello everyone,

I am 2 days, 20 hours and 22 minutes into my quit and i am proud, taking it minute by minute hour by hour and day by day, i find keeping track of this helpful as it is a reminder of how far i have come and that its not worth throwing that time of being smoke free away.

Time means alot to me now i am a mother. 😁

And smoking was stealing so much time from me. I am proud of the time i am stealing back as i commit to quitting, and building a healthy future for myself.

Its all a fresh start. I can't wait to settle into my new home and get on my treadmill. I have some baby weight still lingering from my 7 month old son, and to many snacks.

Soon i can walk and run without coughing and splattering. Hehe.

Hi Kitty, you are doing this so that you can be there for your child for a very very long time. When you have a craving think about the time smoking could steal from you in shortening your will keep you on track. You are strong and committed and that is all that you need to kick that habit out of your life for good.
Well done to you.....happy days ahead.
