    Hello, plan your quit, you need to be ready.
    Talk to a doctor about quit methods.
    Find what works best.
    Take up hobbies or throw yourself into pre existing hobbies, like exercise to get those endorphins going which helps with cravings, or something to do with your hands, arts n crafts.
    I find herbal caffiene free tea helpfull.
    Drink plenty of water.

    You can do this, its not easy, but you can do it.
