I am leading a routine life with no craving now except when I am damm lonely or don't have an idea how to kill some time, idea of smoking come but it's momentarily.
Today I had an dream of smoking a puff borrowed from my friend and immediately stopping myself and refrained from smoke even in dream ...
Seems my subconscious has been rewired now .
I am so happy .
Those who are still on the way or feel they are shaky, trust me every single day passed will make us stronger mentally.
Again as my last post,Keep Ur gaurd on. Don't ever think that we are smoke free and can afford a puff or two and stay smoker free .
Every slip hit our brain and re activate our sensers who are deprived of nicotine the monster.
