Congratulations on a job well done Lyn. I trust that you read the posts and are totally happy with your success thus far in becoming a happy non-smoker. It does concern me when you say you use the spray mist every now and then, and i just want to remind you that just one puff keeps that little nicotine monster alive. I trust you have plans to rid yourself of all nicotine very soon. Once done, you may have no cravings, and even if you do they will not be worse than what you experience now. These urges are indistinguishable between a nicotine craving or a psychological one.

I am sure you have a plan set to implement soon. You have been practicing living as a non-smoker, look forward to being nicotine free as well. Just that one final step to be truly free.....You can do it!

You’re almost done with month 6. It really does get easier from here. Just don’t rationalize that you can even have one.
