Keep reminding yourself how smoking does nothing for the better. I keep telling myself how energetic i am now and how good i feel and realised its only feeling normal and that shows me how much smoking can make you feel crap.. Its doing nothing good and now i have the motivation growing to achieve a lot more than i could when i smoked. I was lazy and wanted to just do nothing. But i feel awake again now. Also dont let small things get to you as much and make you angry. Just take a breathe and realise its not worth going backwards. If you want to feel good, be active and have better skin and look up in life again, then take this advice.
