Keep positive !

Keep reminding yourself how smoking does nothing for the better. I keep telling myself how energetic i am now and how good i feel and realised its only feeling normal and that shows me how much smoking can make you feel crap.. Its doing nothing good and now i have the motivation growing to achieve a lot more than i could when i smoked. I was lazy and wanted to just do nothing. But i feel awake again now. Also dont let small things get to you as much and make you angry. Just take a breathe and realise its not worth going backwards. If you want to feel good, be active and have better skin and look up in life again, then take this advice.

    You are so right Activeman. We can reap many benefits. There is no downside.
    Once people accept this and stop mourning their old way of life they can embrace a much better life of health, wealth, and activity.

    Thats exactly right :) Staying positive is the key to having the mindset to quit.
    Everyone will have good and bad days going through this process. Lifes to short as it is, why make it shorter for something that just ruins everything in your body. Its brutal but its the honest truth and everyone needs to realise that before its too late.

    Loving the positivity mister! Smoking apart from being bad for me, also just made me feel really bad about myself in general.. being “a smoker”. Remembering that seems to motivate me. And yes, sign me up for perfect skin etc.. haha.
