The time just gets flying by now hey Robn. Well done on your success and thank you for inspiring me. You have done so good that you should think of a nice reward for the 1 year mark that will be here before you know it. For anyone else who is reading this Robns right anyone can do it there is no miracle or magic wands you just have to want it more than you want to smoke people that's all there is to it.😊 Congrats Robn on finding freedom😊

1 year celebration.....omg what an awesome and Reese and I will have to meet up for a drink. Wouldn’t that be great. Thanks for being there for me.....

That would be pretty cool, the 3 musketeers 😊 You are welcome Robn but you are the strong one that motored us. Actually Reesie was pretty steadfast too, I was a bit wobbly at one point but no more wobbles and there's no temptation for me at all anymore I truly detest those tubes of all they robbed us😊

Congrats Robn. Sounds like you, Reece, leeanne, Safe and I are all proof that anyone can quit. I know you all support the newcomers with your experiences and wisdom. I haven't seen Red 67 on much, but his posts are there for anyone to follow as i have. I enjoy reading all of your comments. Keep up the great advice.

Thanks Happiness, yes we all try to support one matter how long the quit has been, everyone needs a little extra encouragement from
time to time. Red67 pops in every now and then with his very sage advice. I am just so looking forward to breaking that 1 year milestone. For some reason that has always been my biggest goal........there was a time when I didn’t think I would ever make it this far....but now smoking is something I used to do in another

I'll follow the lead of you guys
At 40 days smoke free I can benefit from the wisdom and experiences of you.
My next move for me is to eventually eliminate my inhaler use (15mg) Between 2 and 4 a day. And to continue to PuffNoMore
    Continue the good work guys

Hey Robn. I just wanted to say i loved your piece of advice for those afraid to quit because of gaining weight. "No prize for being the slimmest in the morgue" says it all. I got a good laugh. I love all your posts and wisdom.

Congrats on your success, I am struggling with the hunger stuff but I am upping my water and I am trying to eat more protein so I will feel fuller longer even though I am obese that is still better than smoking!!!
