Sorry to tell you Ujju but cravings can go on for months, not what you want to hear. Their intensity and frequency vary with each person. If you view this quit as abstaining rather than a true quit then probably a long time. As long as you have the desire to smoke, the cravings will stick around. When you change your mind set and are happy that you are Smoke free then the cravings will lessen and eventually go. (why would you crave for something you don't want?) Start hating the cigarette for all the years it actually gave you nothing, only fooled your brain into believing you enjoy smoking, needed it , while it made you its slave, caused health problems and cost you a small fortune. There is an end... It is up to you UjjU

I also suggest seeing a doctor when anyone has ailments after quitting smoking. I have not heard of any of the symptoms during a quit. Unless it is a reaction to the patch or whatever NRT. I went cold turkey, so i am not up to speed on methods and possible side-effects. I hope you feel better soon.

I suggest you go to the doctors and get it checked out may be nothing to do with quitting.
