59 days. No looking back!

Posted in Quit experiences 29 Aug 2018

Got to work on my short temperedness but all in all going pretty good. Definetly thinking of it less, but there are still daily monents where the want arises. But I'm doing this..for me and my family.

Good on those starting out! If I can quit after 30 years so can you 😊

Well done Reesie congratulations on staying strong and doing so well. You should feel really proud. I too am suffering still from short temperedness here and there but I think mine is a combination of quitting smoking and menopause. Robn is so right it is getting easier bit by bit day by day. At first when I quit I used to like occasionally being near someone who was smoking to get a whiff now it stinks and when I smell it on people after there smoke It is so gross and i think wow i used to smell like that, pretty putrid really. So again Reesie well done to you😊

Well Reese you are kicking it, if you can do two months you can do forever. Remember how it was starting on this journey, now look how far you have come, you may still have thoughts about smoking here and there but nothing like in the early stages. And it will fade more and more the further along you get. Just awesome that you are stronger than that filthy habit that made you a slave. Life is better as a non smoker.....congrats to you for being a non smoker.
