Hi All, still on my life journey. I have been reading a lot of posts on here and many people are losing their way at times. I also have to reinforce why I chose this journey and what I want the outcome to be. My outcome desire is the same as yours....to stop smoking forever !! Some days are harder than others....but I have found if I do not dwell on it and I move my mind on to other things...it passes quickly and I am full of resolve again. I look at it this way...either I choose to stop smoking....or smoking will choose to stop me. I like life on my terms....and this journey is my life on my terms. So come on people...give it all you have got and start living your life on your terms.

Yeah!! It ruled me for so long. I was over the feeling of feeling like a bad person, thinking I had to have a cig before I did anything. I was a victim of nicotine! But pretty pleased I've made it to 15 days now! And not missing it!
Even been in social situations..with a drink, and didn't feel I had to have one!

That is fantastic Reese, you are doing great. But always keep in mind how easy it is to slip up...I have on previous quits...because I thought I was stronger than the addiction. None of us are....so we have to stay ahead of the game...lol
But how great is it to be free? Awesome...each day gets better and better. Stay strong

You and me both...lol. I have been smoking 48 years....can’t believe I was that stupid for that long.
But we are on our way now....and never looking back. Stay strong and smoke free.
