47 days quit

Posted in Quit experiences 25 Jun 2018

Hi All,

Well I am at 47 days now and still going well. Have had a couple of cravings this week but it has been a stressful week. However I have managed to not focus on the craving and hold fast to my determination to never smoke again. After all a smoke wont make my week any less stressful will it? Keep going everyone and don’t look back, just keep pushing worth it.

Well done Robn, you are so right a smoke doesn't fix anything. You are well on the right track now, congratulations & stay strong. New life now, no turning back😁

Hi Dolly, nope I will not have one puff ever. Just goes to show that we always have to be aware. Can not count how many times I have tried to quit only to
Slip up. You keep going, do not take off any days for that one little slip, you can’t cancel out all the good work you have put into it. We will push on together and beat this damn thing for good. You can get angry, just don’t

Thanks Leeann, I will never smoke again, of that I am sure. Hope you are going well on your journey also. Such a buzz not being a slave to that stupid cigarette huh? Life is so much better as a non smoker. Wish you well....stay strong

Thanks Red, it was just very strange as I have had no cravings at all and I might add none since. Nope, I will not go back to that slavery ever. Thank you for your continued means a lot. Have a happy smoke free day.
