Don’t do it! You’ll be so disappointed with yourself after 53 days! Trust me , feel your pain. I’m struggling on an hourly basis at day 26. I feel I should be over the worst by now but people forget that unlike other drugs, almost everywhere we go, we’re faced with our addiction. It’s like alcohol, it’s EVERYWHERE!

DONT!! I'm on day 14 and have never felt better. I don't long or crave for it at all, so empowering not been held to ransom by a little kick-stick. I've written my days up on my bathroom mirror and feel that success looking at my days accumulated. Fingers, toes and hands getting circulation back into them, skin feels better. It's all about attitude, YOU CAN DO THIS, flick the switch👍

It's a minor slip up, not too bad i would get the inhaler if you can it's 15mg but it tastes yuck but can just do enough to represent a smoke. A major slip up would be say smoking the whole pack and buying another after that.
