I am eating more than ever since I cut down on my cigarette intake for the day. My cravings for healthy food has increased due to my metabolism being fast when I was active. I am hesitant to just binge out on good food and drinks as I have a lot of stress and am currently not active since being in a motor bike accident last year October my smoking has increased a lot up until now as I do not have 22 dollars to spend on cigarettes this is the only encouragement but as writing this I have resorted to getting a fizzy drink to suppress my cravings
