Smart Turkey is a methodSmart

2 weeks and two days (almost) down. I really don't want to smoke but am needing to "do something else" instead. I imagine sucking down a cigar and the effect it would have on my throat, the bad smells blowing around the neighbourhood, the effect on my wallet. I've saved $175.00 already, and that's not including the alcohol that I didn't have to buy to make the fags taste less foul.

I look forward to having a life that doesn't revolve around tobacco.

I will soon be joining you! I've made a list of things to do instead of smoking especially in the evenings.

Just think of the money, and health benefits, if you had really QUIT 2 years ago. Remember ? You were at 2 weeks, Mar. 23 of 16 ? "At this point I can't imagine wanting to smoke again." Your words. This is a mind game, you just have to take control, and make up your mind to really QUIT. If you can go 2 weeks, you can be free. Are you stronger than a little tube of tobacco ?? Say YES, and stop being a slave to your habit. You will love really being free of them :)
