Hi all. Today is TWO YEARS smoke free 730 days
I am so so proud of myself, I just wish I had done it earlier before I developed COPD but there is no point dwelling on it, I just have to get on the best I can and push myself.
Anyway I will stop feeling sorry for myself after all, I have no one to blame but myself.
Anyway if I can do this anyone can good luck everyone
