staying smoke free

Posted in Staying quit 15 Jan 2018

158 days WOW I never thought I be here .It hasn't been easy but it does get easier day by day. I have had 2 very real dreams of having a smoke. The dreams so real I woke up and thought I cheated but only were dreams thank goodness. My motto is I am not ever going to have one puff ever again because

it was so hard to stop in the beginning.Sometimes though I have too read others early quit story's too remind myself how hard it was for me. YOU CAN QUIT YOU CAN DO IT

Fortunately, dreams are just dreams, UNLESS, it's that one where you dream you got up and went to pee :)
But, seriously, we know now, how good it feels to be FREE :)

Hello Natarnya, well done, It feels good to hear it gets better Im 75 days smoke free, half as you.
It is hard to kick a habit that has lived with you for years, I remember the first days I felt I was missing an arm or a leg. Knowing others have gone through the same thing and kept strong is really great.
