Mornings Can Trigger Emotional Stress

Just remember, if you're used to having a cigarette first thing in the morning, you may find yourself feeling a little lost, anxious and irritable in times you would most likely smoke!

I find if I can distract myself during the morning, I can certainly get over that anxious feeling.

    Hello Adzy, it can be a bit of a challenge at first, to distract yourself, when you are so used to taking that "reward" every time you feel like it. It's not a reward, it's a MONSTER. I am very envious of anybody who has been nicotine free for longer than I. All the best with your quit.
