It’s been a While since I’ve heaven been on this site. I’m still celebrate my year and a half without one cigarette. Those people who do smoke it’s never too late to stop smoking. Since I stop smoking I never felt better never in my life. Now I got another six months to go to celebrate my 2 year, Can’t wait

    Hi Pamela,

    Congratulations on your yearn and a half without smoking!

    I am coming to my 2 years smoke free and i can confirm the same:

    I've never felt better physically and mentally, quitting smoking is the single best thing a smoker can do.

    There are still tricky situations when the mental craving hits you out of nowhere(especially where alcohol is involved), but we should never let out guard down.

    Keep up the good work and stay smoke free!!!
