Some sources claim that using NRT keeps you craving for nicotine.

100 days is a great achievement. I have read a lot of people's stories, and they say that they dream of smoking. It seems to be a fear that they will start again, when they don't want to.

Latarnya; 100 days !! That's great.. You got this :)
Hey, it's just dreams. We dream all sorts of things, and the memory of smoking happens to be there.. No reason to feel guilty, if you feel you need a gum, or whatever, to stay off the smokes.. I will say, that by 100 days, you should be free of the nicotine addiction, but, as long as we give our body, even a little nicotine, it will crave some.. I'd say you are just fighting the habit.. Let it go.. Put it behind you.. You don't WANT a smoke, so just stop craving them.. It is all in your mind. It really can be that easy :)
