day 2 going ok.abit worried about getting to day 35 now been smoking since i was 14.a long time any tips to help would be great...

    Hi motor just take it one hour at a time to start the first week off. Every hour is a win !!!!!!!

    Congratulations!! I am Day 1 today, I am going to go for a walk every time I have a craving,I have quit a few times over the years, I am 32 and like you have been smoking since I was young (12) I have found in the past, it's the 1st 2weeks that are the worst, once you have got to 14days it's much easier, Stay strong and good luck!

    Stay positive and remember why you decided to quit in the first place. Keeping busy helps me...good luck

    keep busy, do whatever it is you need to do to get through this, it does get easier as days go by.
    minute by minute, hour by hour whatever it takes.

    It definitely gets easier. Don't let the nicotine monsters win. Next craving, flp them the bird (mentally of course), smile and distract yourself. Be proud of yourself - you're winning!
