Thank you! Nearing a week soon don't have any urge to smoke but have memory triggers of when or times I did working through those have a match game I play to move my mind past it

We all learn from our slip ups, good on you for admitting it and putting it behind you and moving on. You can do this, one day at a time. Don't look to far ahead and knuckle down for a crazy time of emotions.
Rant and rave on here, it really helps

Great work JDKeys that you have picked yourself up, dusted off and back on track. Each stumble can be a valuable lesson and strengthening.
    Good luck

    Hi JDKeys,

Sorry to hear about your slip, i know it sucks big time.

On the other hand applause for trying one more time to quit.
It takes courage to admit that you've relapsed.

With every failed attempt we get a little better at quitting smoking!

Keep up the good work and quit for good this time,
