2 days quit so far

Posted in Reasons to quit 20 Jul 2017

I'm two days into my quit. I'm just writing here to remind myself that it's better to quit . I am not stinking of cigarette smoke and dont have to identify myself as a smoker anymore

Glad you're back on track MC... have slid down the mountain side myself so know well the difficulty but if we keep getting up again, dust ourselves off and have another go, success is inevitable.

Great way to think! I did the same. As soon as i quit, I started identifying as a non-smoker. I am now at 11 months and it was that thinking that kept me going. Also, come back to these pages often -they keep your mind occupied. Reddit has a lot of really good pages as well. I must have spent hundreds of hours on the web just reading and learning and being encouraged in my first month. Congratulations on your quit - you got this.
