12 months smoke free wow who would have thought all I can really remember now is walking those cravings away good luck to all the newbies

    Hi Sandydee. So good to see another determined success story. The best reward is intrinsic. The sheer joy of knowing we have abstained. Being able to enthuse others is a bonus. But we take it one day at a time and enjoy the ride. Always on guard and never taking anything for granted.

    so fantastic to read this sandy! i am 2 days so far and looking forward to the one year mark...well, actually the one week mark will be good, because that will show that i can keep moving forward. Walking it awau seems like a v good idea, even in the winter!
